Serving a wide variety of cookies, scones, pies, cakes, cheesecakes, and all things dessert, SPOON is the perfect place for a sweet treat. Whether you want to sit in our eclectic shop to enjoy your delight or take an entire pie home, SPOON is the place for you! We feature locally roasted coffees and a wide variety of teas to enhance your experience. You can have light lunch or even full tea service if you like.


The quality of the food at Spoon is of the highest importance to us-the owners and employees. We strive to use the most natural, local, and safest ingredients possible. We use non-bromated and unbleached King Arthur flour Ghiradelli chocolate, and never add preservatives to our products. Our teas come primarily from Harney & Sons   while the coffee is from Jolly Roasters whose roast facility is in Virginia Beach. We work to ensure everything that can be, is sourced from the USA. Where that is not feasible, we do our utmost to research the things we use and use the best we have available to us. All of the baked goods are made right here as well as some of the ingredients such as caramel, pie fillings, and various breads.

We care about the health of our customers as well as that of the earth and the people in it. When you eat at Spoon Dessert Café, you can feel good knowing that while you may have eaten a dessert, it was made from scratch with high quality ingredients.
